The lack of a hook and loop is nice and also the ablity to cut the belt to the necessary lenghth was great even though it took me quite a few cuts to get it to a lenghth I liked.

got this for work and immediately ordered the brown one and one for my dad for fathers day. the no-holes thing is a game changer especially after a big lunch lol. seriously though its just way cleaner looking than a regular belt.
I was skeptical about spending $79 on a belt but man this thing is nice. The leather feels premium and the ratchet mechanism is so smooth. Wore it to a wedding last weekend and got compliments.

Belt is nice quality leather and looks sharp. My only gripe is the buckle is a little bulky compared to a traditional belt.

All of our SlideBelts are meant to be cut down to your perfect size to give you that perfect fit. Just cut the strap to your measurements (we recommend leaving 2" extra just to be safe!), attach the buckle, and that's it - you can officially start enjoying your new belt.

The belt itself is really nice once I got it trimmed but the process of cutting it felt risky on a $79 belt.
I work in finance and wear a suit every day. This belt looks like something you'd pay $150+ for at Nordstrom.
The buckle caught my attention, but the ratchet system is what sold me. No more stretching holes or constantly adjusting throughout the day.
I was worried it might look cheap from the pictures, but it's actually very well made. The engraving is detailed and the finish has a nice rugged look.
I bought this mainly because I liked the eagle design, but the belt itself ended up impressing me too. The buckle has a nice weight to it and looks even better in person.
