Please note:
  • Returns generally take 10 business days to process after the package has been received.
  • During holidays, processing of returns/credits/exchanges may take up to 15 business days.
  • Clearance items are not eligible for refunds. Exchanges or store credit ONLY.
  • Returns and Shipping Policies


    We offer free exchanges within the U.S. for any problems that may come up when you first receive your item(s), such as an incorrect shipment or product defects (rare, but we’re not perfect). We DO NOT offer free exchanges for belts that have been worn and/or damaged by the user. This includes normal wear and tear, improper fit because of weight gain, and further modification beyond the initial fitting. 

    To exchange your belt or another product, please send an email to with your order number and the item(s) you need to exchange. More specific details can be found on “How do I exchange an item?” on the Help page.


    SlideBelts accepts returns for unused, unaltered, and undamaged items for a full refund within 45 days of the original purchase. That being said, we proudly stand behind our products and assess returns on a case-by-case basis with guest satisfaction as our highest priority. We'll always do our absolute best to deal with each situation with the best possible judgement and fairness; we hope our guests will be fair and reasonable with us as well.

    You may use the same packaging it arrived in, or any other box or padded envelope. If we have made a mistake on your order, we will cover all shipping costs for returns. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning the item. You will be refunded within 10 business days of our receipt of your item, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. When returning a gift, you'll receive your refund only in SlideBelts' store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


    Gift cards cannot be returned. Other gifts may be returned if they meet the eligibility criteria described above in our return policy. Provided the gift is eligible for a return, gift orders will be refunded to the purchaser. If you need to exchange a gift, please see above regarding our exchange policy.


    All Factory Seconds products are final sale and sold "as-is". Factory Seconds are only eligible for returns or exchanges if there is a mechanical defect and the product is not functioning properly. We are happy to assess return eligibility case-by-case within 45 days of original purchase. Please see above for more details on our return and exchange policies and to learn how to begin either process.


    International (outside the USA) customers must pay applicable duty and customs charges. We are unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information varies by country. These fees will be an additional amount that will be collected upon delivery of your order. Please note, by placing an online order, you agree to being responsible for all taxes, duties, and customs charges. If your order is refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping. Please contact your local government for specific details regarding sales tax, duty, and customs charges.



    Our Try Before You Buy program allows anyone to try our awesome SlideBelts free for a week! This 7-day trial begins once your belt has been delivered to you. During this period, we encourage you to try the belt on for size. Go ahead and wear that bad boy everywhere! If you're not fully satisfied, we will gladly accept returns with no questions asked. You will not be charged for the belt, as long as you initiate a return request within those 7 days.

    To begin the return process, all you’ll need is your order number and the email address used during your purchase. Start by selecting which item(s) you’d like to return. From there, select “Try Before You Buy” as the return reason. Once completed, you will receive an email confirmation that your return request has been submitted on time. The last step is to mail that return back to us. Feel free to recycle any excess packaging or wrapping. Please note that a return will include a $4.99 restocking fee.
