Here are my thoughts of slidebelts after several years and perhaps half dozen belts. overall great product albeit not perfect. like the fit, fashion, durability, quality materials and build, good customer service.
Downsides are that the belt notches did wear down slightly over time so that the 'click' is not quite as loud and secure as Day 1. Also the matt painted buckle (for me) easily got scratched by our waist-high kitchen counter edges. The company's customer service was good in that they sent me a 'factory second' replacement matt painted buckle. But now I've moved more toward their burnished buckles, which seem more resistant to scratching or scratches won't be as noticeable.
And I have their newest "light" buckle which seems nice reduction in weight. Overall would recommend.

I had an issue with my buckle, so I explain the issue in an email. I received a reply almost immediately, and I was asked to try something to determine if it was fixable. I tried it, and no luck. I was sent a replacement, and it works as advertised. I have purchased at least six belt buckles over two or so years, and this is an excellent company to work with.
