Minimalism Thu, Apr 06, 2017
I watched a documentary a couple months ago on Netflix called "Minimalism." I've always been interested in the concept, but have never been able to go as far as the two men in the movie that call themselves "the Minimalists." They live with the absolute bare minimum of EVERYTHING. They describe Minimalism as "a tool to rid yourself of life’s excess in favor of focusing on what’s important—so you can find happiness, fulfillment, and freedom."
I think that there are definitely many things to learn from a minimalist lifestyle, whether it be having gratitude for the things that you do own, generating less waste, saving money, or decluttering, among other things. Although I can't go full-blown minimalist, I do try to implement some of the below ideas into my life because it helps me focus on the things I love and the things that matter to me. I challenge you all to do the same and declutter your home and your lifestyle!
