Here are my thoughts of slidebelts after several years and perhaps half dozen belts. overall great product albeit not perfect. like the fit, fashion, durability, quality materials and build, good customer service.
Downsides are that the belt notches did wear down slightly over time so that the 'click' is not quite as loud and secure as Day 1. Also the matt painted buckle (for me) easily got scratched by our waist-high kitchen counter edges. The company's customer service was good in that they sent me a 'factory second' replacement matt painted buckle. But now I've moved more toward their burnished buckles, which seem more resistant to scratching or scratches won't be as noticeable.
And I have their newest "light" buckle which seems nice reduction in weight. Overall would recommend.

Ordered a belt for my son for Christmas gift, when he opened the package, there was just a belt, no buckle. The next day, I called and asked for the buckle, and the representative was gracious, got all the information on shipping, and indicated it would come w/o a cost. On New Year's Day, we were together again, and I presented the buckle, told him how to trim the belt to his waist size, and all was good. Thank you, SLIDEBELTS for taking care of our situation.
