If you’re anything like me, you may sometimes need motivation to exercise. A lot of times, the way I motivate myself when I’m feeling sluggish and don’t want to go to the gym, is to scroll through my “Fitspo” board that I have on my Pinterest. It’s filled with images of fit people doing exercises I love, and lots of motivational quotes(as cheesy as it is, it really works to get my heiny to the gym after a long day).
Anyways! Came across this beaut post the other day pertaining to running and in a moment I was like..huh...yeah I guess that’s a good enough reason to go for a run...Because I can and there might be a day where I’m not able to and wish I was.
Expanding that into your wonderful Wednesday….extend that compliment, because you can. Let go of that grudge, because you can. Work hard today, because you can. And maybe later after work go for a run, because you can.
