I'm sure that you know by now that the air quality has been terrible for the past couple of days. It was so bad that they had to cancel the Veteran's Day Parades in Sacramento, Folsom, and Roseville. It is advised that you stay indoors as much as possible and if you do have to be outside for prolonged periods of time, wear a mask. The city of Sacramento is handing out free particulate respirator masks at all of their fire stations if you need any. Be Safe.

Hope everyone had a great weekend! I just wanted to say thank you to all of our veterans for their service and my heart goes out to all the brave men and women who have fought for our country 🇺🇸 

My niece had a birthday party last weekend and she chose a mermaid theme! I instantly got excited, I love mermaids, probably even more than my four year old niece. My husband and I both wanted to be creative and dress up for the party, we wanted to make her fifth birthday totally amazing! I wore a wig with her favorite colors, pink and purple, and added some gems all over my face. Nothing fancy but I felt decently mermaid-y.. My husband, well he went all out for her! Glitter piled on his beard, a Little Mermaid t-shirt, and a mermaid dress! Yep, you read that right, I'll even include a photo below to showcase the awesomeness!

This is exactly why he is my person. He's never afraid to make someone happy, even if it means it's at his own expense. Brandi and I are trying to persuade him to wear this to our company party coming up, I think we should definitely do a Mermaid theme! 🤣
