If you're interested in becoming an authorized SlideBelts retailer, you must have a business license (issued by your local government) and a retail or online store front. Applications to sell SlideBelts product from home or on auction websites will be not be considered.

SlideBelts reviews completed applications in the order they are received and will notify you when a decision is made. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
