Wanted to give you all first dibs before my current residence gets listed for rent. We are moving out in less than two months and I want to assist my landlord in finding a new tenant. The residence is an approximately 900 sq ft guesthouse on the landlord's property up Salmon Falls Rd (approximately 20 minute commute to work). It is absolutely beautiful up there with views of the American River right from the balcony. At first I thought it might be a little weird having our landlord live on the same property but he has been great.
A few caveats, no pets are allowed and he prefers tenants 30 and older. However, if you are truly interested, I would still inquire even if you're under 30.
