In The Happiness Advantage there is a part that talks about how when things get hard, humans sometimes retreat away from friends and family. The book states that this is the exact opposite of what we should do. We should surround ourselves with these friends and family, as this will help us conquer anything.

I have found that we have done exactly that here at SlideBelts. Anytime there is an issue or something that is hard, we lean on each other for support and help. You guys and girls are what makes this company so amazing, what makes us successful. I can't start to thank all of you for the friendship that you have given me. As I start a new chapter in my life I can't help but think how blessed I am to have all of you in my life.
