Happy Thanksgiving Eve!

I remember growing up the adults in my family would make us children write a list of everything we were thankful for. Although it's important for children to be reminded of the many blessings they may have, I think it is an even more important exercise as an adult with the amount of stressors in our day-to-day lives. This Thanksgiving make that list and hold on to it, so whenever you're feeling unfulfilled over the next year you can refer to it as a reminder.

Hope those who are traveling arrive safely and that everyone has an amazing day with family and friends tomorrow. And don't forget to feast!

A Thanksgiving for Everyone

We are all looking forward to Thanksgiving dinner and with vegetarian diets being at an all-time high, chances are that you may be enjoying dinner with someone who won’t be eating turkey. For those who eat meat, think of it as more turkey for you and for you non-meat-eaters use this opportunity to impress your family and friends with your animal friendly dishes. Below is an example of what not to take to a thanksgiving dinner.

International Men’s Day

Since it’s International Men’s Day and with Thanksgiving right around the corner, I’d like to give thanks to my dad. He’s always there for me whenever I’ve needed him. From car problems to fixing things around the house to just needing a good laugh, he’s always someone I can count on. Love ya dad! Hope everyone can take today to appreciate the men in their lives.
