This year for Christmas my family decided that we would spend more time together. Since my sister and I are all grown-up we’ve noticed we’re spending more time running around and stressing about shopping for gifts that we don’t plan enough time to see family. So this weekend we planned a full day of activities. We went out to breakfast at Cracker Barrel and then went on a train ride. The train ride was definitely smaller than we were expecting, which made for a good laugh, but my niece really enjoyed it! Then we all put on our Santa hats and went to pick out a tree at Dave’s Christmas Tree Farm. They had a huge jumping pillow for kids but the best part were the fresh baked hot apple cider cinnamon donuts 😋 Overall it was a successful day spent with the family and I’m looking forward to making more Christmas memories this year!
