9 x 1 = 7

One day, a school teacher wrote the following in class:

9x1=7
9x2=18
9x3=27
9x4=36
9x5=45
9x6=54
9x7=63
9x8=72
9x9=81
9x10=90

When he was done, he looked to his students and they were all laughing at him. The teacher smiled and said: "I wrote the first one wrong on purpose to teach you all something very important. You can see that I was right nine times, but no one congratulated me for it; you all laughed and criticized me because of the one wrong answer I wrote."

The reality is...the world might not always appreciate the good that you do, even if it was done a million times, but will quickly put you down for the one mistake you make. Don't be discouraged just yet, because life is full of mistakes and it is not at all a bad thing if we can learn from them. My personal takeaway from this story, however, is to address and focus more on the positive things happening first whenever possible before judging and criticizing the negatives. Who knows? Maybe the person who made the mistake is just trying to teach you a valuable lesson. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
