So I always joke about working in enemy territory while I’m over here because a certain ratchet belt company’s HQ is 10 miles away. Tons of people here in Utah wear them. So I started dating this guy, and when I was telling him what I do for work he goes, “Oh! Like Mission Belts? I have one of those and I also know the guy that owns it. Are SlideBelts any different?”...Oh boy do I have news for you. So, I got him one and he told me “Ok, this is way cooler. Definitely the best belt I’ve ever owned by far” (Smart choice on his part). He’s commented on it 3 or 4 times in the 4 days he’s had it. :) Moral of the story is, I’m trying to infiltrate over here, one uninformed belt-wearer at a time.

I don’t have a picture of him wearing a SlideBelt yet, but standby for Halloween costume pics in a week or so. :)

Of course this is all easier said than done but it's nice to have little reminders around yourself throughout the day!

It's owl season folks and today is Drake's birthday. It seems fitting to do a post acknowledging his 32nd birthday for two reasons:

1. The man just broke The Beatles 54-year-old record for most Top 10 singles on Billboard's Hot 100 chart in a year. The Beatles had 11 in 1964, this year Drake has 12. This does include features, but let's be honest, Drake is the main attraction on nearly every song he is featured.
2. For my birthday my fiancee bought us tickets to see him on Friday in Oakland! I'm so pumped and have heard nothing but great things about this tour.
   
   

In my opinion, he is the most versatile artist of our generation and I hope he continues making hits.
