Brain workout 🧠

We keep our body fit and healthy with regular workouts and healthy food habits but what about the brain. An easy way to give our brain the work out it needs is Riddles.

Solving riddles is proven to increase neuroplasticity (that’s the ability of the brain to adapt and optimise). In other words, brains love puzzles!  No matter how young or old we are, we always enjoy the cognitive challenge brain teaser presents. We play these thinking puzzles for fun, challenging ourselves to find the right answer. But what we don’t realize is that mind teasers are so much more than simple games. In fact, they have the potential to rewire our brain — if practiced often enough.

Below are few to start our week with fun. You can find the answers to the riddles by clicking on them.
